Installing Ubuntu on allready dual booting machine?

Here is what i got I have 2 disks one with win xp and the other with Saboyon linux (gentoo based) my boot manager is grub ,how do i install ubuntu so it doesn't screw up other OS and uses the same boot manager. (yes i have a partiton created for another linux)
