How do I get Skybus $10 flights?

I heard that Skybus offers 10 seats for $10 one-way on each of its flights. Granted, these are from odd locations, but how do you go about purchasing one of these tickets? I went to skybus.com and could only find advertisements for the prices, no actual $10 seats available.
