and how come guys don't find ugly girls with loads of money to be hot? I always see it on tv, the geeky billionaire with a super model wife. Also i have a friend who is pretty ugly, but his dad is a millionaire and he is fighting off the hottest girls in school. What is it about having lots of money that girls find so hot in men?

A large part of it is genetics. Men are attracted to physically attractive younger women because of their reproductive viability. Women care less about looks and focus more on how well a guy can provide for them in a familyesque setting. It may seem shallow, but it is deep rooted subconsciously in everyone.
